What happens when the boundaries of self begin to blur? It is only by losing ourselves that we can begin to explore the ethereal realms where the ego dissolves into the cosmic dance of pure existence. For me, ego dissolution is not about disappearance, but about release. It is the quiet undoing of the stories we tell about who we are, the softening of control, the surrender of certainty. In that space, something shifts. The need to define, defend, and distinguish begins to fall away, and what remains is a deeper sense of connection. Not to an idea, but to presence itself. When the self loosens its grip, we glimpse a state of being that feels both vulnerable and expansive, intimate and infinite at once.
